Malaysia struggles with providing adequate career guidance, educational support, and holistic life coaching. Students and working adults often face challenges in making informed career choices, overcoming learning difficulties, and achieving overall well-being due to the lack of personalized and comprehensive support systems.

MindBeez addresses these issues by offering personalized career guidance development, holistic life coaching, and educational consulting. Using advanced assessment tools, they provide tailored sessions to help individuals align their career paths with personal values and lifestyle goals, and overcome learning challenges for enhanced well-being.
Our Story
MINDBEEZ emerged as a collective of independent career guidance professionals in India in 2017, focusing primarily on career counseling and not engaged in college course advising. Expanding to Dubai, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia, we assembled a diverse team of school teachers, HR professionals, psychologists, lifestyle advisors, and school counselors. Initially conducting manual assessments, we transitioned to simplified online assessments during the COVID-19 pandemic, making our services internationally accessible.
In 2021, our journey led us to expand to Malaysia, where we transformed into a social enterprise. Since then, we’ve extended our reach to underprivileged communities, providing resources, workshops, and career guidance services. This expansion has allowed us to positively influence a multitude of individuals, spanning students, international school attendees, and working professionals. Our unwavering dedication to offering comprehensive and accessible career guidance remains the cornerstone of our ongoing growth and success.
